In most parts of the United States including New York the weather is disgustingly cold. Luckily for me, I’m out of town for a few weeks in Mexico visiting “la familia.” Unfortunately, the weather here is not that warm either.
Anyway, before I left town I took advantage of one of the few sunny-freezing days and shot this outfit.
I bought this vest back in September when GQ launched their collaboration with Gap and it was the first thing that caught my eye. I love the vintage feel of it… And is it just me or did the guys at Aviator Nationtotally get inspired by Rainbow Brite’s outfit for this?
To “butch up” the vest I paired it with a colorful plaid shirt, I added a pair of dark grey pants and brown boots. – I know, I know… I’m definitely the perkiest “lumberjack” you’ll ever see in town. 😉
