Last Spring marked the debut of H&M’s Modern Essentials, a collection of classic pieces with a fresh twist Selected by David Beckham. His partnership with the Swedish retailer proved that the dude is not only cool but also has an eye for style. – I wonder if this has anything to do with being Posh’s beau?

Well, ladies and gents… the former footballer is back with a new line and once again, I was granted premier access to choose my favorite picks. From a simple coat that fits nicely to the to the retro-graphic sweater, the collection has everything YOU need for fall.

What I like the most about this collaboration is how up-to-date and on trend these signature pieces are. We all know that turtlenecks are having a moment right now. Although I’m not a big fan, (because I’m Mexican and “I have no neck”) this wool-blend worn under and statement sweater or paired just with a topcoat will make you look sophisticated at all times. I threw in the outfit a beanie, sneaks and a Polaroid camera for a hipster vibe. How Brooklyn of me!
