Whether I like it or not, summer’s over. Farewell day trips to the beach, afternoons in swim trunks, soirees drinking rose and hello cozy nights.
Fall is the season to stock in autumn’s wardrobe essentials such as corduroy pants and Chelsea boots or anything that will help you achieve that stylish layered look New Yorker’s have perfected.

I saw a lot of recurring themes on the runway, from roll necks to silk shirts – but I will not be embracing those, mainly because I look horrible in a turtleneck. However, graphic knits is the trend you need to know to make sure you look hot, even when the weather starts getting chilly.
Words on words, graphics on graphics… This trend is all about showing up some flair on your knits. Because it was evident the graphic t-shirt trend will move onto them for the colder days.
Valentino showed pieces printed with positive messages about beauty, while Raf Simons and Dolce & Gabbana toyed with colorful illustrations.
No rules for this trend. Paired them with your favorite sweats or jeans, wear them underneath a coat or by themselves, just keep it simple. Remember, in fashion, less is more.
