Founded in 2002, Jeffrey Fashion Cares has promoted both awareness of people living with HIV/AIDS and the LGBTQ community by raising over $9 million for charities supporting LGBTQ civil rights, HIV prevention, HIV research and the education of LGBTQ youth. This year, the event benefited: The Elton John AIDS Foundation, the Ali Forney Center and Lambda Legal.

Kudos to Olympian heartthrob Gus Kenworthy for being a host-with-the-most and Martin Gould Cummings for hilariously moderating a very successful live auction! VIP guests included Peppermint, Titus Burgess, Leigh Lezark, RJ King and Timo Weiland.
A noteworthy moment was Jordan Roth, president of Jujamcyn Theaters, receiving the Jeffrey Fashion Cares Community Leadership Award. His theaters have been integral in telling queer stories by hosting productions like “Kinky Boots” and “Falsettos.” He also produced “Angels in America,” for which he received a Tony Award. Past honorees have included Peter Staley, Peter Wilson, Jerry Mitchell, and Chris Salgado.
By far, Jeffrey Fashion Cares was one of the most fun, hottest and most coveted events in NYC so far this spring!
Eye candy galore (yup, the models…including Chad White, Tarik Kaljanac, “Milk”, and Max Emerson ), beautiful guests and the latest in men’s fashion, including Balenciaga, Burberry, Tom Brown, Heron Preston, and others!
Most importantly, it was all for such a wonderful and important cause…enhancing the quality of life, health, and education of those in need in our LGBTQ community. Jeffrey Fashion Cares Charity Runway Show was all about the community helping the community!
