What Manchic Wore: Chico Malo, Chico Malo

I’m far from being a ‘bad boy’ (naughty maybe), but bad never! 😉

However, there’s an amazing piece of clothing I wear to ‘terrorize’ anyone around me and that is: The Leather Jacket

This iconic garment has been around for a long time… It all started back in 1950, when a fearless Marlon Brando was popular, when every guy wanted to be friends with “Danny Zucco” and of course, when we first fell in love with a hot-troubled-rebellious but sweet guy, James Dean. All of these “bad boys” made the leather jacket part of their wardrobe and you should too.

A good leather jacket is timeless, very adaptable, made out of a breathable material and flexible enough to be styled in any way… Stay away from the trends and go for the classier look: fitted and tailored.

I’ve paired my Converse leather jacket with my Guess camo shirt (thanks Lord & Taylor) – to keep up with my obsession with the military-inspired trend. I finish up my look with a stronger attitude by throwing on a pair of black boots….
