When I attended the Bonobos presentation last Tuesday I didn’t think the evening was going to turn into a late night bash. But, in New York anything can happen!
Before I let loose, I actually did some work. Snapping photos here and there and admiring the Spring 2016 Collection inspired by a trip to Tangier and Marrakech. You can definitely see the Moroccan inspiration, especially in those pieces with trademark hues such as dusty red, sky blue and natural green. However, it doesn’t feel predictable.
Handsome male models such, as Tao Fernandez Caino, Rodrigo Calazans & Patrick Odonnell to name a few, looked astonishing sporting pieces in linen and slub cotton. Hands down, my favorite outfit was the head to toe tan look. There’s something very dapper about yet is simple and casual.
The presentation was over and but the “after hours” continued almost until midnight. I had a cool time hanging out with the models, learning more about their careers and drinking with the Bonobos team that have always been nothing but nice to me. By the way, thanks for The Jean Jacket Erin, it’s everything I needed for fall.
